Neon Stack Tower ("we", "our", or "the app") is a mobile game developed for Android. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information. By playing Neon Stack Tower you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate game features:

• Anonymous Player ID – a randomly generated 16-character identifier created on first launch and stored locally on your device. It is never linked to your name, email, or any account.
• Player Display Name – an optional nickname you choose for the leaderboard. If you do not set one, a random name such as "Player4721" is assigned. You may change it at any time.
• Game Score – your highest score, sent to the online leaderboard together with your anonymous Player ID and display name.
• Lives & Regeneration Timer – stored locally on your device only (not sent to any server).

2. How We Use Your Information

• Display a global top-10 leaderboard inside the game.
• Show your personal rank relative to other players.
• Regenerate your lives correctly after you have been offline.

We do not use your information for advertising profiling, sell it to third parties, or share it with anyone except the service providers listed below.

3. Third-Party Services

Google Firebase Firestore
Leaderboard data (anonymous Player ID, display name, score) is stored in Google Firebase Firestore. Firebase is operated by Google LLC and subject to Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Unity Ads
The app shows optional rewarded video advertisements powered by Unity Ads (Unity Technologies). Unity Ads may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve ads. You can review Unity's Privacy Policy here: https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy
Unity Ads complies with applicable advertising laws, including GDPR and CCPA.

4. Data Storage and Security

Local game data (lives, regen timer, best score, player name) is stored in Android SharedPreferences on your device. Leaderboard data is stored in Firebase Firestore, which is protected by Google's infrastructure and our Firestore security rules. We retain leaderboard data for as long as the game is operational.

5. Children's Privacy

Neon Stack Tower does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The game collects no personally identifiable information — only an anonymous random ID and an optional self-chosen nickname. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your leaderboard data at any time by contacting us at the email below. Because the Player ID is anonymous, we will need the exact Player ID or display name to locate your record.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
